Welcome to the world of Jabiru aircrafts.
The Jabiru aircraft is a well-established Australian designed aircraft that has become one of the most widely flown fixed wing NTCA aircraft brand in Southern Africa. Shadow Lite C.C. now trading as Jabiru Aircraft Southern Africa is the only distributor of the Australian Jabiru Series of aircraft and Aero-engines in Africa.
I am sure if you do your homework on pricing versus running costs versus performance, you will find that Jabiru will be near the top of your list - if not, on top of your list.
Here at Auxano, it is our company policy to make aviation more affordable for all with high quality built aircrafts with exceptional safety records that will keep you flying for years to come.
The J430 not only looks great but has excellent flying characteristics too. This aircraft combines the best of both its predecessors the J400 and J450 flying characteristics (Note the J450 wing is no longer manufactured) with quicker take off and an impressive climb rate of 1500 ft per minute ( at sea level) and landing at slow stall speeds this aircraft is defiantly the aircraft for getting in and out of small runways without much compromise on top speeds.
The latest J430 series of aircraft have been customised by their respective owners and with the low entry level pricing, customers can spend more on the optional extras and equip their aircraft from full IFR panels through to auto pilot, and the latest glass panels with EFIS/EMS systems (electronic flight instrument system / Engine monitoring system) leather seats, photographic glass doors and or photographic hatches to name a few.
The demand for the four seat Jabiru aircraft is rapidly on the increase due to the aircrafts low entry level costing when compared to the equivalent available aircraft in its class. Customers who have purchased the aircraft have used their Jabiru J430 aircraft for travel and touring, commuting, aerial survey and game conservation.
The Jabiru J230-DSA ( note the J230-DSA is the South African J230-D model) is the latest development of the popular Jabiru J230 factory built Light Sport Aircraft.
The Jabiru J230 has the same traditional strengths of value, reliability, simplicity, speed, comfort, with excellent interior room and a huge baggage compartment, as the J430 but the J430’s rear seats are not fitted.
The J170 was developed with the flying schools in hotter climates in mind. It is the J160 with the longer wings of the J230 and a bigger elevator. The longer wings allow it to climb faster in hot conditions. The longer wings also provide more float on landing which is helpful when learning to land. The dual controls and adjustable rudder pedals are continued in this model. The 100 knot TAS cruise speed is still easily achievable at 2850 rpm.
